These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Transport BTN platform and SMS messaging services provided by Transport BTN LLC. By enrolling in SMS messaging, you agree to these terms.
1. SMS Messaging Service
Transport BTN LLC uses Transport BTN to send operational SMS messages to enrolled drivers. These messages may include:
- Load assignments and available load offers
- Dispatch coordination and driver status requests
- Pickup and delivery confirmation requests
- BOL (bill of lading) and POD (proof of delivery) upload reminders
- Load tracking links and operational updates
- Settlement and compensation notifications
2. SMS Consent
Drivers opt in to receive SMS messages by visiting https://transportbtn.com/driver-sms-opt-in, a standalone form separate from any employment or independent contractor agreement. There, a driver enters their name, mobile phone number, and driver role, then checks an unchecked consent checkbox to enroll. Opting in to SMS is entirely optional and is not a condition of being hired, contracted, or dispatched by Transport BTN LLC. If a driver opts out, Transport BTN LLC will communicate operational load information by phone or email instead. Message frequency varies based on load activity. Message and data rates may apply.
3. Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving SMS messages. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
4. Inbound Messages
Drivers may text the Transport BTN business number like any ordinary text conversation (for example, a running-late update or a question for dispatch). Inbound messages are logged for dispatch staff to read and respond to personally. Load status updates and document uploads are handled through the driver portal — not by SMS. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance at any time.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate contact information when enrolling. Providing a phone number that does not belong to you is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Transport BTN LLC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier network conditions. SMS delivery is best-effort and not guaranteed.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
8. Contact Us
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued enrollment in SMS messaging after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
