SMS Is Optional
SMS enrollment is a separate, optional step from any employment or contractor paperwork. Drivers who do not opt in, or who later opt out, continue to receive all load offers, dispatch information, documents, and updates through the driver portal and email, and can report load status by phone to dispatch at 281-460-3462. Opting in or out has no effect on driver status, contract terms, dispatch, or payment.
Opt-In Method
Drivers provide explicit consent by completing the Driver SMS Opt-In Form at transportbtn.com/driver-sms-opt-in, where they enter their name, mobile phone number, and driver role, then check an unchecked, clearly-optional consent checkbox before submitting. The form cannot pre-select consent, and declining SMS requires no action at all.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving SMS messages. Reply HELP for contact information and assistance.
