- Maintain required records for freight operations under FMCSA regulations

3. SMS Messaging
By enrolling via our Driver SMS Opt-In Form, you consent to receive recurring operational SMS messages from Transport BTN LLC. Message frequency varies based on load activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
We do not share your phone number or consent data with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with third parties.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:
- With brokers or shippers as required to complete freight transactions
